how to shoot a jump shot. this is a reques from paul. well paul like i tell my teammates when im tellin them hot to shot. first off say your dribbling the ball as you are getting ready to pick the ballto shoot on that last dribble you should be coming to a either one two step or planting both feet on the ground. as your drbbling the last dribble before you pick it your knees are slightly bent at this time. as you pick the ball up elevate off both feet and fall into your shot. off a catch and shoot your knees should be bent and you shoud have one foot towards the basket for right handed people your left will be the planted one an you will step with your right to shoot the ball. as you catch the ball with your knees already your stepping with the right foot and elevating at the same time
